a week ago I used Airheads after seeing good reviews in a FB group. I called late afternoon after my thermostat died and they were still able to come out same day and quickly install a new one at a very reasonable price. December rolled around, and β¦ More the heater didn't work. I called them for service. The tech arrived and acknowledged it was a simple installation error on the thermostat and fixed it, no cost. In an era when honest, quality service is difficult to find (especially in HVAC!), it's refreshing to know that some companies still operate under the ethos that building a base of satisfied clients who are eager to give word of mouth recommendations is a better long term strategy than one-off cash grabs. Highly recommend!

ββββ 3 weeks ago I was present the day the air conditioning system was installed by Airheads at my grandsonβs home. Cold air was blowing and we believed everything was good. Wrong! Since he and his wife were not moved back in while they were repairing damage β¦ More sustained during hurricane Helene, we left for the evening. Upon returning in the morning, we found water leaking steadily from the air handler in the attic. The pipe was installed above the attic access hatch. Not only did it make accessing the attic next to impossible but closing the hatch caused damage, causing the leak. In the process, the garage ceiling sustained damage. Airheads was called immediately and a different technician was sent. Adam was able to correct the problem with the air handler and made a note of the damage in the garage. He claimed that he has had to fix a number of installations by this particular crew. The problem that remains is the damage caused by the faulty installation has not been repaired. A drywall person came by but he claims that the ceiling must have flooded in the storm. Thatβs not what FEMA found! A business that is licensed and insured is responsible to correct all damage caused by its technicians. Hopefully, Airheads will meet their responsibility asap.

Everyone has a story like this, you return home after a long day and all you want to do is relax, but when you walk in some emergency has happened and now the night is shot. I work for the local β¦ More fire department and with all the chaos of the recent hurricanes I havenβt been home much, so my wife and I took the kids out of school for the day to enjoy Disney and some family time. After a full day in, the still surprisingly hot November, we got home and our daughter noticed the house was really hot. 7pm and the house was 80 degrees. Having a little knowledge I started checking our AC unit and the compressor was frozen and the condenser A Coil was frozen. This was way out of my DIY capabilities. We called Airheads and Stephanie quickly dispatched Adam to our house that night. Adam (a veteran still serving his community on Veterans Day) diagnosed our problem, the blower motor, and found what had cause the issue, insulation sucking into the fan. He took our blower motor apart cleaned it installed a new motor and had us up and running before my normal bedtime. What could have been a disastrous end, was saved by Airheads. They deserve above a 5 star rating for service.

Update Re: the companyβs claim I havenβt β¦ More called them. Here are screen shots from my calls. I left a VM the first time. The second call I spoke to someone who βassuredβ me someone would call me back, and nobody ever did. I got a text after leaving this review asking me to remove it. That was the FIRST contact they made after I made the two calls.

From the owner Chris, to the competent field technicians to their stellar Administartive office team, you will find the heights of professionalism, follow-up and fair pricing. During the recent storms β¦ More there have been many contractors who are egregiously gouging consumers during their time of need. Not with Airheads. After having multiple air conditioning companies coming and claiming they knew the problem but not ending up actually knowing and fixing our AC and waisting a lot of money on incompetent service we finally found β¦ More Airheads HVAC and a very nice competent service man came and actually did figure out the problem and did fix it. For the first time in months by the time he was done our AC was up and running effectively and efficiently. Highly recommend!

a month ago We were in a bind after a lightning surge affected our AC. We called our "normal" AC folks, who we have a service contract with, and told us it would cost $3000 to fix because the main board and switch were both blown out by β¦ More the surge. After being out of AC for 2 wks I contacted Airheads HVAC to help. The technician was there that day, and exactly on time. He looked thoroughly to find the issue, he flipped two switches and the AC CAME ON!!!!! He said there was nothing wrong at all!!! Thank you Airheads for saving us thousands of dollars, for being on time, and for being good partners!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Airheads HVAC! Our air conditioner suddenly went out at 7:30 pm, and with the house quickly getting uncomfortably warm, we reached out β¦ More to Airheads for help. Despite the late hour, dispatch assured us that a technician would be there within an hour, and true to their word, Tim from Airheads arrived in just 40 minutes.
Tim was fantasticβknowledgeable, personable, and incredibly efficient. After diagnosing the issue, he determined we needed a capacitor kit, and luckily, he had the part right on his truck. Within less than two hours of our initial call, our system was up and running again! Although we didnβt purchase the Goodman system from Airheads in 2020, they honored the parts warranty, and our total cost was just $95 for labor and the service call. Plus, there was no after-hours fee, which was a huge relief.
As respected realtors in the community, we will not hesitate to recommend Airheads to our clients and will certainly be adding them to our preferred vendor list. Their prompt, professional, and affordable service exceeded all expectations. A big thanks to Tim and the entire Airheads team for turning what could have been a stressful evening into a smooth and positive experience!

I called a different company this morning when my AC went out and they were charging ridiculous prices so I decided to call Airheads for another quote. Not only did the awesome tech Ryan β¦ More arrive within an hour, he had the parts and fixed my AC right away and I paid half of what this other company was trying to charge. 5 months ago I just had a full HVAC system put in to replace my 21 year old Carrier unit. Had a circuit breaker that went bad a few days later, and they came out quickly to fix it for me. It's working great now and the techs were very polite and..honest. β¦ More Prices are very fair. Much lower than I had anticipated after getting a few quotes around town. Their 10/ 10/ 10 warranty is the best you will get anywhere.

6 months ago Our a/c went out last night and I noticed it at 1:30 am. I got next to no sleep while thinking about who to call. Based on the many glowing reviews I read, I called Airheads. They answered immediately and set me up with a same day service β¦ More call. The technician, Van, arrived right on time and was very personable, polite and professional. 6 months ago I woke up at 3:00 am last Saturday noticing that it was warmer in my house than I am used to. Next morning it was hot. I called the folks at Airheads, and they had a service professional out to my house by 11:00am-on a Saturday. After a β¦ More thorough inspection this old unit had seen its last day. After considering my options I went with replacing the unit as you don't put a band aide on a broken leg.
They scheduled the install for Tuesday between 10:00-12:00 and I was pleased to see the men roll up right on time. Since the handler was in the attic it was a tricky install, but these guys are pros and had it sorted out by 2:00 same day.
After they were finished, they made sure I understood how everything worked and went over when and where to replace the critical filters, this was done after they had cleaned up the entire work area and made sure there were no nails or screws on my driveway. ICE COLD AIR again!!
The installers were very professional and approachable keeping me in the loop during the entire operation. Truth be told, everyone there was-from the first return call Saturday to scheduling to letting me know when they were going to arrive to do the job very professional and pleasant to work with.
If there were more than 5 stars I would have checked them all!!

7 months ago My HVAC stopped working last Wednesday. I called AIRHEADS and they had someone out here within two hours. They are located in New Port Richey. They figured out the problem they went and got the parts. They came back and fixed my unit and β¦ More it was back up and working that afternoon. I want to especially thank everybody from the office ladies that assisted me to Terry, the man that did the actual work at my house. Everybody was absolutely wonderful. Very very helpful. They gave me a great price. I would recommend AIRHEADS over any of the other companies I have seen online. 9 months ago We called out Airheads after getting a diagnosis from another company and an estimate that seemed super high for the part that needed to be replaced. Airheads came out, confirmed the diagnosis but didnt try to get us to replace the entire β¦ More unit and sell us things that didnt need to be replaced. Airheads offered to actually fix the existing a/c blower issue and it was half of the estimate of the first company. Were a family of 6 and in this economy we really appreciated the honesty and them providing the solution we needed. Our a/c is back on and we will definitely call Airheads first next time and recommend them to everyone!

9 months ago You can't beat their warranty. 10 years parts, labor and maintenance! These guys were the 3rd company I called for a quote. One of the companies I couldn't even get an estimate over the phone which tells me it's a sales pitch. β¦ More I hate sales pitches. Airheads gave me a quote for just a unit which was thousands under both under my other quotes. I got a larger unit because of an add on before I bought the house and they never added the tonage to compensate for the added space. I also wanted 2 vents added. Their in house financing was pretty simple. Their website isn't exactly user friendly but they were in constant communication with me via email. I had a contractor come out to inspect everything and they told me exactly what I needed to get my house working right. And only what I needed! I ended up getting 4 air intake vents and 2 new vents added, new larger ducting that are well insulated and a new 5 ton unit for $200 more than the other quotes which were just the 5 ton unit. I was out of town for a few days with the family when my installation happened. I had a neighbor let them in. These guys were very professional in everything they did. There was minimal dust and debris leftover. They covered everything they needed to with plastic to prevent dust getting in to things. I was extremely impressed with the cost and professionalism of these Air Heads! Lol. I highly recommend.

9 months ago Airheads was wonderful to us and for us. I initially contacted them to inquire about air duct cleaning and annual maintenance check. Our home is a new build (2022) but we donβt trust or recommend any of the builders subcontractors so we β¦ More needed to find someone through word of mouth and Airheads didnβt disappoint. While our unit was fine it was discovered a broken elbow in our drain pipe line- in which our drywall was wet and inside was completely saturated. Unbelievable what was done inside the unit from the initial install. βThe Good Bobβ went above and beyond, he didnβt give up after the first cut out of the drywallβ¦ he did have to continue to cut to get to the root of the problem. He did locate the broken elbow and fixed it. He was HONEST and upfront that drywall isnβt his area of work and weβd have to fix that.. we appreciate that! Itβs always best to be honest and upfront.. thatβs the type of people we are. As long as youβre honest and upfront- we can work with you. Airheads also had 2 other employees come out - Logan and Thomas both were professional and honest! Logan said we didnβt need duct cleaning! He could have easily said we did and did an unnecessary cleaning. Thomas when we told him about the standing water in the garage- he literally was upfront and said he needed to talk with someone because he didnβt know what to do or where it was coming from. The company seems to work together for the good of the customer and I appreciate that. Need more companies like airheads. Youβve earned a loyal customer and a solid word of mouth from our family.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step of the process was handled with professionalism and β¦ More expertise. The technicians arrived when they said they would and were courteous and respectful of our home. They provided us with recommendations to ensure we selected the best unit for our home at the best price.
The installation by Steve and Parker was smooth and efficient. It was a difficult install but they worked hard to ensure everything was installed and functioning correctly. The workmanship was excellent and they paid attention to even the smallest details. They cleaned up spotlessly and guaranteed our satisfaction. Dave handled the final inspection with the county and the inspection was flawless.
On top of the best price, the unit came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty and a free annual inspection for 10 years.
Overall, we are thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Airheads HVAC . Their professionalism, attention to detail, price and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning installation or services.

10 months ago Logan came out to our home today and he hasn't even pulled away yet and I'm leaving a glowing review. We called Airheads after seeing them on Facebook. Our usual service company for our 2017 AC unit told us our vents were bad β¦ More and needed to be replaced for $20K but said they could do a thorough cleaning for $6K as a "temporary bandaid". We panicked and decided to call Airheads to have them come out for a second opinion and have them clean out the ducts.
Logan arrived on time, got right to work and after opening a few vents he snapped some photos and came to us to explain our ducts were perfectly clean and in great condition. He told us he could check the others on the other side of the house but that we didn't even need a cleaning and he didn't want to waste our money if we didn't need a cleaning. Not only were we grateful that he was considerate like that but we were super happy that our other service was wrong and we didn't need an expensive repair.
After all was said and done what we expected to be a $500 job was only $158 and that was because we had him clean our dryer vent since he was here anyway and wanted to give him the business.
Amazing company that stands by their promise of "A company you can trust for all your HVAC needs with prices you can afford!" We will be calling them for all our HVAC needs going forward. Thank you Airheads.

a year ago This won't be a normal review but we can call it "the right place at the right time."
It's been a super difficult time for me and my family this year financially after my entire household ended up with the flu B and β¦ More strep throat to follow and having missed work to care for my babies in the last few weeks I was finally able to pay my rent for for this month yesterday and I only had 20.0O in my bank account after paying it. I was stranded in parking lot Scared after my car wouldn't start I was more afraid to ask anyone for help so I reached out to somebody to come and give me a jump that person arrived with jumper cables unfortunately weren't strong enough. Lewis an employee who works here was parked right next to me in his work van. I had been sitting there a while and when I got out of the car he rolled his window down and offered a hand. I had two of my children one being autistic in the backseat demanding my attention, I was in mommy overload. All kinds of things we're going in through my mind whether or not I was going to make Christmas because a car repair or even a tow was going to add more to the bills I already have on my plate. Louis jumps right into action and got bigger jumper cables and it worked. He was so incredibly kind that he didn't want me to get stranded again on my way home and game the bigger jumper cables to take with us in case we stalled or needed another jump along the way. He was so incredibly kind and generous for reaching his hand out to help us. I'm a firm believer that this is what a good company's standards have and I hope he's recognized for his random act of kindness. Thank you so much for your kindness and for restoring much needed faith back into me!

I gave them a call on Friday around 4:30 and by 9 on Monday my issue was fixed (it was not that hot β¦ More over the weekend, so the repair could wait). a year ago We had another AC company install a new unit in 2021. Our float switch wasnβt working and the AC ended up flooding our home. We didnβt trust that the original company fixed the issue so we called Airheads HVAC to come and give us a second β¦ More opinion. Chris came to our home and he was amazing. He checked everything out and was able to figure out why the float switch hadnβt triggered and why it still wasnβt working. It had initially been wired incorrectly! So, he fixed it and then showed me that it was working. Chris also took the time to explain everything in laymanβs terms as to how he was evaluating what the issue was, what he was doing to fix it, and how to tell it was working properly which I really appreciated. Thank you for such great customer service and high level of expertise!

a year ago I used Airheads to replace two evaporator coils in my Lennox air handlers. They have excellent prices but what really impressed me was their communication. They provided quotes via email and when I had additional questions they were right β¦ More fast to answer. The tech showed up on time and completed the repairs.
Recently I dealt with Stephanie. I called the company and she called me right back to help make sure the part I needed was in stock. She was even texting me at 11pm helping me resolve the issue.
They really accommodated me and I have cold blowing air! Thanks for taking care of the blower motor.
This company is very good. You should give them a try.

a year ago Absolutely excellent experience. I had called Tuesday evening when I realized my 14 year old A/C had finally quit. The team at Airheads was out first thing Thursday morning in the middle of the summer. The best part about it was they even β¦ More offered to stop by Tuesday night to set up portable A/C units to keep our house cool. All work was completed in one day and they did an awesome job. They are one of the only companies that offer such a great warranty and service plan too.

a year ago Our HVAC system was on the verge of going out and we had several companies try and fix it and each time something else went wrong. We finally decided to replace it and got a few quotes. We were happy airheads was the only company that would β¦ More give us a quote over the phone( and it didnβt change). They were right on with the other quotes we got however, we chose them because of the 10 year parts AND labor warrantyβ¦ fast forward to yesterday, our AC went out in the middle of a 98degree day, I called their number at 8pm and Chris answered. He was willing to come out or he would walk me through the simple fix. He talked me through how to fix it, which totaled all of 2 minutes. He even called 20 minutes later to make sure our AC was working. I would highly recommend Airheads!!

My upstairsHVAC failed, what turned out to be a minor issue, when they got here they fixed it in less than 5 minutes. As part of their service β¦ More plan they went ahead and performed the annual maintenance ensuring that the system is in top condition. Their technician Jaidy (JD) is a great technician and is very knowledgeable about his craft.
I only recommend Airheads HVAC for anyone who needs it, there is truly no better company out there!

Brandon and the team answered all my questions, explained in detail all they were doing, called if there was any questions and finished not only installing β¦ More an AC unit and new ductwork, but thoroughly cleaned up everything. The guys came right on time to do the install, did β¦ More a totally stellar job. They worked very hard, got into insanely tight spots in the attic, cleaned up very nicely, and made sure everything was 110% before they left, including schooling me on the system and warranty. The price was unbeatable as well.
Chris was great to work with and runs a great outfit. His crew consisted of Brandon and Steve and boy are these guys just an amazing team. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and I don't even think I saw them take a break all day.

2 years ago I did about a month of research on Ac companies and the units and prices Varied so much. It left me very frustrated and very confused. I was on information overload and had no idea what to do. I then decided to go to Facebook and post on β¦ More one of the community chats and ask what other people recommended for an AC company. I was expecting a lot of different AC companies and being more frustrated and confused. To my surprise many people recommended Airheads, I gave them a call and left a message and got a call within an hour. I was impressed by the quick response. I also had lots of questions that they answered. So because I was so impressed with them and the price was very fair I decided to go ahead and book them to put in a new AC. David and Austin the two guys that we had install the AC were very professional and hard working. You Could tell that they were happy working for Airheads. As well as proud of the company. When they first came out they put a drop cloth down to catch any dirt that might come down from the attic. In the garage when they were taking the equipment out of the boxes they cleaned all the trash up. I was just so impressed with everything. Jen in the office and Stephanie the owner were awesome. I can not praise Airheads enough for the outstanding job done and being stress free.

2 years ago Found a recommendation by many on social media, checked out their webpage. Put in a weekend request via their web contact form, Stephanie responded to us within 20 minutes (emphasizing on the weekend) and worked with us on details to get β¦ More service completed to our unit. They offered to come same day potentially, fortunately for us it was not an emergency situation so we waited next day. The team arrived early morning with what looked to be one of the coolest HVAC vans I have ever seen, the technician expressed what he thought the problem was before doing the work and would confirm it. Upon investigation was able to resolve the issue for us. Our AC was functioning within 5 minutes, but they took extra care and time to ensure the job was completed thoroughly. All in all, they were here for about a half hour. I have a general idea of how much the service they performed costs and their price is less than many of their competitors, very reasonable. At the time of this review, they accepted multiple forms of payment, including cards/cash, etc. and they do mention financing availability for those who might need an extensive repair/replacement. The technician, Bobby and Stephanie were all amazing and incredibly responsive. I honestly did not expect to get a response back so quickly, especially on the weekend. Will be a repeat customer and recommend to friends/family.

Every company we called wouldnβt be able to come out for daysβ¦ thatβs just not going to work with pets in the house in this Florida heatβ¦ we called Airheads and they were here in under β¦ More 24 hours. We knew what the issue was right away and they thankfully were able to get the part today (Monday)β¦ they also came and fixed it today as well!!! She put me on hold to see if she could get us in for that day as our air was out. Mid conversation, I could hear her but β¦ More apparently she could not hear me. She hung up the phone and I thought she would call back. I called back a couple of times and left a message explaining that the time was fine for that day and how she could not hear me. I asked her to please call me back and left my number. Two messages. I never got a call back that day nor the next day. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend them.

From over a month wait times for install in the worst of Florida heat to incompetence from other A/C repairs β¦ More (Del-Air and AND Services), this company is AMAZING! If I could give them a million stars I would! AND Services wanted to charge over $10K for a unit with no maintenance or labor warranty and Airheads installed, made a custom fitted cowl AND offer 10 years of peace of mind if anything breaks (yeah thatβs right.. 1-0 years) for $4k less!! This company CARES and they are amazing! I canβt thank yβall enough from the bottom of my heart. You have a client for life and Iβll gladly refer all my friends and family to you.

ββββ 2 years ago I had air ducts cleaned in my house. The guy who came to do it, JD was not really efficient. I felt he wasnβt in love with his job. I had to pinpoint where he missed massive dust and lint buildup in one of the biggest ducts. He made an β¦ More excuse saying itβs not possible to clean it and proceeded to clean it anyway after I insisted. As a result that duct was indeed clean. He missed a few other smaller spots and didnβt clean the vent grills, but one. If the customer has to say how to do the job, itβs not worth the money. I was gonna hire this company to replace the entire HVAC, but will not be doing that. First impression is everything.

3 years ago I Was blown away by these people. Figuratively in the beginning and literally by the end. From first contact with Stephanie, I knew we had the right people for the job. She ordered the parts and was able to get a technician to my unit that β¦ More same evening after it arrived. Jaidy arrived at our door with a smile on his face even though Iβm sure this was after his normal working hours. He checked it all over and showed us that the first companyβs diagnosis was more than likely wrong and that the part we ordered wasnβt needed. Just needed a leaking in the copper piping mended back together. He explained the situation and took his time to explain EVERYTHING!!! He has been one of the easiest technicians from somewhere that I had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you for being such an airhead and saving us so much money that we can buy tons of airheads (candy)

3 years ago Wow!!! Wow!!! Our AC stopped cooling and by 5PM it was 85 degrees in the house. I called Airheads at 5:15 to get help. At 5:35 Chris arrived. Cool guy. He replaced the capacitor in about 10 minutes and the AC was good as new. He charged β¦ More me about a third of what I was expecting to pay. Tonight I can sleep cool instead of in 85 degrees. I am one very pleased cool customer!

I have had many people work on my house over the years, and I can say that the Airheads team is top notch.
