Airheads HVAC saved my night! I came home at 5 from work to a hot house, I made one call and by 7 my A/C is back online! Something was burned up, they had the part on the truck, charged a reasonable amount and now they are gone and I have … More cold Air!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I hired AirHeads HVAC to service my system, and after their visit my electrical bills increased significantly because my upstairs would not keep cool at … More all. I ultimately had to hire a second HVAC company, which identified and corrected the issue, resulting in additional out-of-pocket expenses for me.
I provided AirHeads with documentation and evidence supporting what the second technician found and requested a partial refund for the service that I believe, with accompanying before and after factual evidence, was performed improperly. Unfortunately, they declined to issue any refund and did not acknowledge the evidence I presented. Nor did they seem at all concerned that the tech made mistakes. The fault was entirely put on me, the customer.
In the end, I paid for the original service, higher electrical bills, and a second repair to fix the problem. That was very disappointing, especially since the evidence was presented to their management team and they completely dismissed it without a glance or dare. I gave them a chance to rectify the issue before leaving a review.
I can only speak to my own experience, but based on how this situation was handled, I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

We had AirHeads come out to service our ACs and check on the health of both of our units and truly this can be a situation where it’s easy for companies to over charge you. Make you think you need things you don’t ect. I have to say the … More tech was very kind. Very efficient and when they left I felt a relief. I knew we weren’t ever going to be taken advantage of and they offered tips on longevity of the units ect. I cannot give enough praise. And we have definitely found out forever AC company.

Our home has 2 a/c units but 1 required replacement. Because we are on the coast our condenser units are on a raised platform on the side of the house. Chris came out and suggested replacing the aged wood platform with 2 new air braces … More which would be stronger and look much better. We had 3 other quotes and no one offered to reinstall the other unit on an updated brace (at any price). The price was reasonable and we had new a/c and much nicer mounting braces within days.

Airheads promptly provided quote for HVAC System replacement. New install was professionally done and completed within a day of the quote. Everyone involved in the whole process was professional, pleasant and no attempts to upsell. I … More highly recommend this company

We had an emergency on a Friday night, after hours. Airheads HVAC were out in under an hour and had everything fixed up and perfect again. I couldn’t believe how affordable and fair the pricing was. The tech was incredibly knowledgeable … More and so helpful and kind. This will be my go-to company for AC from now on. I highly recommend them!

Anthony showed up on time and was very knowledgeable of the equipment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the solution and options. He was courteous, friendly and professional.
He offered several options to resolve the problem … More and I appreciated his advise and guidance for the resolution. Well done Anthony and Airheads HVAC!!!

Your team was AWESOME. Nice guys and total pros. They were clean (which is big for us), took the time to explain, and did great work from what I can see.
I’m super happy and will highly recommend you guys.
And I think you gave me a … More good deal on the system too which I appreciate.
ANTHONY deserves credit as well since he left such a good impression on me during the service call last week. If that didn’t happen, I may have used a different company to replace our entire HVAC since I was unsure at that point.
  Thank you!

Today is my second time using Airheads HVAC, and both experiences have been excellent!
I was able to get a same-day appointment each time, which is a huge plus in Florida's heat (or during the current cold spell). The technicians … More were spot-on with their diagnosis and repair—professional, efficient, and thorough. What really stands out is how nice and patient they are; I ask a ton of questions, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me.
Having lived in Florida for 15 years and used two other HVAC companies before, I can confidently say Airheads is the most honest I've dealt with. Their assessments feel straightforward and fair, with no upselling or inflated pricing—just reliable service at reasonable rates.
Kudos to the whole team at Airheads! (if only they had fridge magnets....) Highly recommend them for anyone needing AC help—5 stars all the way!

Airheads was absolutely amazing. They showed up early, were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually explain what was going on with our system instead of rushing through the visit. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed … More the problem properly, and made sure everything was working as it should before leaving. After dealing with ongoing AC issues, their responsiveness and attention to detail were such a relief. I couldn’t be more thankful for their honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Airheads AC to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy AC work!

I had an out dated ac unit basically on its last leg. So we didnt want to be a airhead so we called one. They sent out two outstanding techs connor and austin to swap in a brand new ac handler and condenser unit. Work looks amazing. I would … More recommend them to everyone. Top notch. Thank you for keeping pinellas/florida cool.

I have been working with Airheads for years. I just had my annual service and duct cleaning, post hurricane helene reconstruction, and they were awesome as always. Gals on the phones in the office are great and Logan came out to do the … More work and he was great! The bill included a jew thermostat. I recommend these guys!

Definitely very happy to find this company. Tim and Jessie came over to check the AC at my condo. Company is honest and up front about pricing and very competitive Tim and Jessie were very professional and informative. I wish I had used … More this company before. Misty was also great when she scheduled the appointment. Definitely recommend and will use Airheads for all my future AC needs.

I just got my annual service done and I had to come write a review cz I'm honestly impressed with the job they did
Logan was extremely respectful and professional. He was obviously very well informed on everything he needed to know … More
But most importantly he put my thing back in the attic door and he locked my side garage door before he left. You may think that's common sense but you'd be surprised at how many times I've had to come behind someone and do it after they went in there. But not Logan. He put everything back just the way he found it
  Great service. Great company. Ty!!!

Called my property manager in the middle of the night my air hasn't been working for the last few days it blows but it wasn't cool they sent out Anthony from AirHeads HVAC and I got to tell you he came an hour earlier than he … More was scheduled which was great because God knows being without air here is miserable and he wasn't here 30 minutes and he figured out what's wrong with the unit and they are scheduled to come back out in the morning to actually do the repair so I got to say Anthony was amazing super sweet super friendly explained in detail what the issue was and I highly recommend AirHeads for your AC issues. This is actually the second time I've used these guys and both times the experience was top notch.

We had a great experience with Airheads HVAC. After struggling with another company that came out four times without diagnosing the problem causing our cooling issues, Airheads came to our home and found the issue within 10 minutes. They … More offered great rates on labor and parts, and scheduled the repair within a week.
Anthony from the Airheads team came out today and replaced the coils in our unit. He was professional, did a great job, and took the time to explain the work he was doing so we could understand the repair that was being made. Thank you Anthony!
Airheads HVAC is honest, reputable, and trustworthy. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone in the area looking for reliable HVAC service. Trust the best - you won't regret it.

ZERO STARS. Currently on our 3rd attempt at passing inspection in Pinellas County. Do not use this company. After 6+ months of them not scheduling an inspection (like it says they will on their website) we finally find out that our brand … More new HVAC system has a massive air leak in the attic and they used the incorrect electrical equipment when they installed the new unit. My wife and I have taken multiple days off work to work around Airheads schedule. Would not recommend. Scared to use them for service calls because who knows if the work is actually being done correctly... The deal sounds great but don't fall for it. Not worth it.

Had Airheads HVAC come out about two weeks ago to replace my unit. Chris came by to see what I needed and gave me a price that covered everything. The next day I called (Saturday) and they scheduled me for Monday installation between 8-10. … More Sal and Joe arrived at 8:30 and by 1pm they were finished. I thought they were both pleasant and professional. Not only was the work done properly but they couldn’t have been neater. No dust or debris anywhere. I would highly recommend Airheads. The price they quoted me was the price, no BS. Thank you Sal, Joe, Chris and the entire team.

Buying a new unit from Airheads with their perfect 10 plan has been the best experience from day one. We came home to a hot house after a day out, on a Sunday night at 7pm. They had a tech over, and he fixed the problem which was under … More warranty within 20 minutes of arriving! We buy new cars for the warranty and the peace of mind of not having to worry if an issue comes up. This AC feels like the same investment. Not only does it provide comfort literally, by keeping our house comfortable, but mentally by never having to worry if an issue arises.
I cannot recommend Airheads enough. And shoutout to Chris, the tech. He was very friendly and professional.

I had a terrible experience with Airhead Heating and Cooling. Their communication was poor from the very start. They seemed unprepared and rushed through the job. Not only did the issue with my system remain unresolved, but I was also charged … More more than what was originally quoted, with no clear explanation for the added costs.
To make things worse, when I called back to ask for clarification, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected a professional company to stand by their work, but instead I felt ignored and taken advantage of.
I would not recommend Airhead Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.

Buyer beware! This is the first bad review I have left for a company.I bought two air-conditioning units from airheads. I had a warranty on the unit. I started having a problem with it I called Air heads out. The technician came out. Sprayed … More the air conditioning hose over the air conditioner with a water hose for 10 minutes and charged me 150 dollars. They call that cleaning a condenser. Which is not handled underneath the warranty. I still had the same problem after he left. They had to come out a second trip, they finally fixed it. They sent me an invoice showing that $150 had a zero balance and then they sent me a new invoice showing a $95 payment. Then they called me up and asked me for $150. I wish I would’ve never went with them with both of my air-conditioning units. I spent almost $10,000 with them they treated me very poorly. The warranty is not even worth the paper that it’s printed on. Very poor customer service when speaking to Alicia in the office. I paid the 150 dollars. Due to the fact that they care more about the money then the customers. Chris is the owner. He’s the one that sold me the two units . I really thought that he was a stand up guy I guess I was wrong. I hope this helps somebody. very disappointed with this company.

Airheads replaced my whole HVAC unit and replaced 2 ducts. I got multiple other quotes and Airheads gave me the best price, fastest service, and best advice. The owner himself told me I did not need to do as much as I originally expected … More and helped me save thousands of dollars. They have been quick to respond to all of my questions. Sal, Ivan, and Nathan were my installers. They were professional, thorough, and highly qualified. I highly recommend Airheads!

I sit here typing this as I sit in a home that is currently at 79 degrees and climbing.
Unit was installed on 11/15/24, with the understanding that I would be covered under Airheads 10 year parts, labor, maintenance. I was also told they … More would be available 24/7. I spoke to several companies before I was made to feel comfortable that I would be taken care of in the long run. The first issue came on 7/31/25. Their tech came out and said the coils were a little dirty and the freon was low so he added refrigerant and I would be good to go. No mention of a cost since I was covered for the call on their warranty.
On Saturday 8/2/25 the system shut off again and I began reaching at about 8pm to no response. I left 3 messages with the hopes of call back. Nothing. The thermostat read as high as 91. They reached out the following day at around 7am and when I asked about a call back they said something to the effect of that they were tied up. They came out on 8/3 and their rep told me that their is a possibility that their is a leak because the refrigerant is low and he’s going to insert a dye to attempt to locate the leak. He also mentioned that the units so come with issues at times, even brand new, and there is no way to determine this when installing them. How do you not have measures in place to avoid this? The rep topped off the refrigerant and said if the unit does the same thing to go ahead and call and they will come out.
On 8/6/25 the unit once again shut off and the temperature started to rise. I called and they were able to come out and determine that there was, in fact, a leak and that they would need to order a new coil as it is spilling refrigerant everywhere. The tech placed the order for the new coil and told me it would be 2-3 business days and they would come out to replace it. In the meantime, he refilled the refrigerant and said it’ll run out again so just make sure to call us and we will top it off for you both problem.
Tonight, 8/9/25, the system has once again shut off. I called and explained my situation to the rep by the name of Misty and was put on hold for the majority of the 50 minute phone call. When Misty finally had an answer for me I was informed that the refrigerant top off is not covered and that I need to come out of pocket to have it topped off (mind you, my system is still actively leaking) as top offs are not covered under their perfect 10 warranty. I explained my situation and the fact that the unit isn’t even a year old and she continued to repeat that it was not covered. I explained how I am waiting on a part and can not control that I was sold a faulty system that is leaking and continued to tell me that it does not matter and I need to pay for a top off as the last 3 times were a courtesy. Again, none of this was mentioned the prior 3 times. I asked for a supervisor/manager several times and she continued to cut me off to remind me that I am not covered and ignored my request to speak to someone else. Misty was rude, lacked empathy, and did not seemed to be bothered that I have two children under 4 sleeping in a home with a leaking A/C unit. She refused to schedule anyone to come to my home unless I was willing to come out of pocket to refill an actively leaking unit and that I would just need to wait until Monday with my broken unit to speak to Felicia, the manager. I asked her to please schedule someone as I cannot have my children living in a 90 degree home. The lack of empathy was astounding.
I sit here, waiting for a tech, hoping that they’re going to take care of me as I continue to wait for a part on a unit less than 1 year old.

I recently had my entire HVAC system replaced by AirHeads, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful … More of my home. They took the time to explain my options, helped me choose the right system for my space and budget, and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciated how transparent they were with pricing and timelines—no surprises.
The install crew (Steven and Nathan) showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. The new system is running smoothly, and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in comfort and energy efficiency.
It’s clear AirHeads takes pride in their work. If you’re considering a new HVAC system or need reliable service, I highly recommend giving them a call. Great service, fair pricing, and peace of mind—it doesn’t get much better.

Do not purchase a new ac unit from this company!! The ones they sell are complete garbage.
Back in April, our AC unit stopped working, so we called this company to check it out. They told us the unit was over 10 years old, out of warranty, … More and would cost thousands to repair. They recommended replacing it with a brand new unit for around $7,000, which came with a 10-year warranty.
When the installers came, they said the unit they were instructed to bring was too small for our home and had to come back with the correct size. I will say they at least honored the original price we agreed on and didn’t try to charge more. However, the fact that they brought the wrong unit in the first place suggests someone there is clearly incompetent. At the time, it felt like no big deal because people make mistakes and it worked out well for us.
The new unit was installed on April 28th. Fast forward two months, and our brand new AC is no longer keeping the house cool during the hottest part of the day. By 4 p.m., it reaches 79°–80° inside. Over the past two weeks, I’ve scheduled multiple service calls to figure out what’s going on. Each time, they did minimal maintenance and told me the same thing: “It’s just really hot out this summer.” Really? It’s hot out every summer. We’ve lived in this house for five years, and our old AC never had any problem cooling down the house even when temps reached 100°.
At the most recent visit, they changed their tune and said the problem is our house. Apparently, they now believe we need more return vents to keep the house cool and quoted us $1,800 to install more. Again, our house has never had an issue staying cool before, so why is that suddenly a problem now? They’re out of their minds if they think I’m giving them another nearly $2,000.
And then this morning, I woke up feeling a little hot. I checked the thermostat and it was set to 72°, but the house was at 76°, and so was the outside temperature. So what’s the excuse now? It’s not even during the peak heat of the day.
If I could go back in time, I would’ve just spent the money repairing our old unit. Clearly, the units they are selling are garbage.

I'm not usually the type to leave reviews, but after exhausting every attempt to resolve this privately, I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
I hired this company after my original contractor … More took the money and vanished, leaving an oversized and incomplete AC system. I was drawn to this company because of their strong reviews, and initially, things looked promising. I met the owner on-site, and we agreed (with a handshake) that the work would be billed hourly, as the full scope wasn’t yet clear.
Shortly after, I received a quote for $7,106 to complete the trim work — grills, thermostats, dampers, exhausts, etc. (Note: this was new construction, with units, lines, and power already in place.) I felt the price was high but agreed to proceed.
When the work was done, I was immediately invoiced and pressured to pay that same day. I responded that I'd pay once the work passed inspection — a pretty standard expectation. They insisted on immediate payment. The next day, the system failed inspection. The inspector warned me that the single-wall dryer vent they used in place of proper furnace exhaust could pose a serious fire hazard. (See attached photos) The venting didn’t fit and was crudely ripped top of the unit, damaging the air handler. Other issues included missing screws, non-UV-rated exterior insulation, and unlabeled units — things a professional crew should not overlook.
They did return, addressed the inspector’s concerns, passed inspection, and I paid in full. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there.
When the gas company came to hook up the gas, they identified multiple safety and workmanship issues:
Exhaust pipes were not secured, simply resting on the units
  Unsealed holes leaking airflow
Thermostat placed directly under the dump vent, which causes it to misread temps due to direct cold air blowing on it
I’ve since called the company multiple times. Each time, I’m told someone will get back to me. That return call never came.
I’m not an HVAC pro, just a homeowner trying to get a job done right — and willing to pay fair retail price for quality work. Sadly, my experience didn’t reflect that.
This is just my story — maybe yours will be different. But I wish someone had shared a review like this before I made my decision.

Our AC went out after a power surge around 7pm, and Airheads AC was a lifesaver. I called their office and within two hours, Parker arrived—friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. Despite it being after hours and what was likely … More a long day for him, he took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and had our system back up and running within 30 minutes.
What stood out most was that Parker didn’t try to upsell us on anything unnecessary. He simply explained what went wrong, gave us helpful insight into the condition of our older unit, and offered to have the office prepare a quote for future planning.
The entire experience—from the quick response to the honest, quality service—was outstanding. Highly recommend Airheads AC for anyone needing trustworthy HVAC support, especially in a pinch!

If dealing with AC companies were an Olympic sport, I’d have a gold medal in bad luck. After two disastrous companies turned my home into a sauna and my bank account into a joke, I was about ready to give up and start a fan collection. … More
Enter Airheads—the heroes I didn’t know I needed. These folks swooped in like the Avengers of HVAC, fixed what the other clowns screwed up, and saved me a ton of money in the process.
They were professional, honest, fast, and didn’t try to sell me a spaceship disguised as an AC unit. I actually enjoy walking into my house now without breaking a sweat. Who knew?
Seriously, I LOVE Airheads. I tell everyone I know—friends, neighbors, random strangers at Home Depot. If your AC is misbehaving, call these people. They're the real deal… and no, this isn’t sponsored. I’m just that relieved to finally have cold air and zero drama.

We had a new AC unit placed by Airheads HVAC last week and we’re very pleased with the whole process. Stephanie was quick to answer my husband’s questions and provide a quote with additional information. The installation crew was great, … More Parker the lead kept us informed the entire time, and was playful with our dogs. They kept the area clean and were very polite. There was an accident with our nest thermostat but after speaking with the office team they sent the install team back out and it was quickly replaced. We chose Airheads HVAC because of a friend’s recommendation and all their great reviews online and can honestly say that we agree with them. We had quotes from multiple other companies that were double the price with poor warranties and didn’t have half of the customer service skills that Airheads provided.

Corners cut and services billed/paid for not completed.
Could not have had a more disappointing service with this company. First appointment was fine, they came out and looked at my system and quoted me to do a dye test for a rental unit … More of mine. Scheduled to come back two weeks later to test and see what they found and billed for the entire service.
Never heard from them and called a couple weeks after the scheduled appointment. Was told by the snarky secretary that the tech would not call as we had a scheduled appointment even though this was a rental and a call was requested to grant access. Started to say the tech checked the outside and inside units to identify any potential leaks in the system, however once I checked security cameras I came to find out the tech was only on site for 6 minutes and definitely did not enter the home.
I requested to speak to the office manager who was less than helpful as well so I requested a call from the owner and was told I would get a call and here it is another 2-3 weeks later and no call.
I wonder how many people pay for service only to have it not be performed or performed incorrectly.
I would highly recommend being careful with hiring this company to do any sort of work based on the standards that I observed.

We had our A/C installed by Airheads in November, and they gave us an amazing price along with a 10-year warranty. A couple of months later, our A/C stopped working—which is a big problem in Florida’s heat! 🔥
I called Airheads at 4:45 … More PM, expecting they wouldn’t be able to help until the next day. To my surprise, they immediately guided me through troubleshooting steps. When that didn’t work, they sent a technician out within 30 minutes. He quickly fixed the issue at no cost!
I’m beyond impressed with their service, speed, and reliability. Highly recommend!

Airheads recently replaced a 4 ton and a 2 ton unit with air handlers, return grill swap outs (to include filter trays), etc. Chris, the owner, gave me the quote and, upon completion, I paid exactly what was quoted - to the penny. This … More project had challenges related to difficult access, a leaking drain line behind the wall, etc - all handled at the quoted cost. The installation team (Steve, Sal, Jerry, Ivan, Noah) were knowledgeable and prepared for the unforeseen and worked their tails off in completing the job and getting it done right. Highly competitive pricing, good equipment, a 10 year service, parts, and maintenance plan (included). I've found my preferred HVAC contractor, and I highly recommend them to others.

Highly recommend. Amazing pricing with no sales pitches. Their prices were half of what other companies had quoted me. I know nothing about AC units… other than knowing I needed one. These guy were kind and explained everything simply. … More Other companies felt like I was buying a car from a dealership. Airheads was straight forward with set affordable pricing. This made it so much less overwhelming and simple. Jerry, Phil and Daniel and the other workers were also so accommodating to my dog and cat. They also even screwed back on my electric panel covering that a previous electrician forgot to put back on a few days prior.

They sent out Adam to figure out what was going on with my ac but he was able to get me cooling until they … More could come back to replace my txv. The price was very fair and they guarantee the repair for 1 year. Thank you Adam for the hard work and you were fantastic. As long as you are with airheads you will be my service tech.

I used Airheads after seeing good reviews in a FB group. I called late afternoon after my thermostat died and they were still able to come out same day and quickly install a new one at a very reasonable price. December rolled around, and … More the heater didn't work. I called them for service. The tech arrived and acknowledged it was a simple installation error on the thermostat and fixed it, no cost. In an era when honest, quality service is difficult to find (especially in HVAC!), it's refreshing to know that some companies still operate under the ethos that building a base of satisfied clients who are eager to give word of mouth recommendations is a better long term strategy than one-off cash grabs. Highly recommend!

I was present the day the air conditioning system was installed by Airheads at my grandson’s home. Cold air was blowing and we believed everything was good. Wrong! Since he and his wife were not moved back in while they were repairing damage … More sustained during hurricane Helene, we left for the evening. Upon returning in the morning, we found water leaking steadily from the air handler in the attic. The pipe was installed above the attic access hatch. Not only did it make accessing the attic next to impossible but closing the hatch caused damage, causing the leak. In the process, the garage ceiling sustained damage. Airheads was called immediately and a different technician was sent. Adam was able to correct the problem with the air handler and made a note of the damage in the garage. He claimed that he has had to fix a number of installations by this particular crew. The problem that remains is the damage caused by the faulty installation has not been repaired. A drywall person came by but he claims that the ceiling must have flooded in the storm. That’s not what FEMA found! A business that is licensed and insured is responsible to correct all damage caused by its technicians. Hopefully, Airheads will meet their responsibility asap.

******* Airheads HVAC Saved the Day *****
Everyone has a story like this, you return home after a long day and all you want to do is relax, but when you walk in some emergency has happened and now the night is shot. I work for the local … More fire department and with all the chaos of the recent hurricanes I haven’t been home much, so my wife and I took the kids out of school for the day to enjoy Disney and some family time. After a full day in, the still surprisingly hot November, we got home and our daughter noticed the house was really hot. 7pm and the house was 80 degrees. Having a little knowledge I started checking our AC unit and the compressor was frozen and the condenser A Coil was frozen. This was way out of my DIY capabilities. We called Airheads and Stephanie quickly dispatched Adam to our house that night. Adam (a veteran still serving his community on Veterans Day) diagnosed our problem, the blower motor, and found what had cause the issue, insulation sucking into the fan. He took our blower motor apart cleaned it installed a new motor and had us up and running before my normal bedtime. What could have been a disastrous end, was saved by Airheads. They deserve above a 5 star rating for service.

Unfortunately, it was my experience that they did not repair our AC unit correctly and then stopped returning my calls. I called twice asking for another appointment, but they did not return the calls.
Update Re: the company’s claim I haven’t … More called them. Here are screen shots from my calls. I left a VM the first time. The second call I spoke to someone who “assured” me someone would call me back, and nobody ever did. I got a text after leaving this review asking me to remove it. That was the FIRST contact they made after I made the two calls.

  Exceptional Service, Highly Recommended!
We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Airheads HVAC! Our air conditioner suddenly went out at 7:30 pm, and with the house quickly getting uncomfortably warm, we reached out … More to Airheads for help. Despite the late hour, dispatch assured us that a technician would be there within an hour, and true to their word, Tim from Airheads arrived in just 40 minutes.
Tim was fantastic—knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly efficient. After diagnosing the issue, he determined we needed a capacitor kit, and luckily, he had the part right on his truck. Within less than two hours of our initial call, our system was up and running again! Although we didn’t purchase the Goodman system from Airheads in 2020, they honored the parts warranty, and our total cost was just $95 for labor and the service call. Plus, there was no after-hours fee, which was a huge relief.
As respected realtors in the community, we will not hesitate to recommend Airheads to our clients and will certainly be adding them to our preferred vendor list. Their prompt, professional, and affordable service exceeded all expectations. A big thanks to Tim and the entire Airheads team for turning what could have been a stressful evening into a smooth and positive experience!

I woke up at 3:00 am last Saturday noticing that it was warmer in my house than I am used to. Next morning it was hot. I called the folks at Airheads, and they had a service professional out to my house by 11:00am-on a Saturday. After a … More thorough inspection this old unit had seen its last day. After considering my options I went with replacing the unit as you don't put a band aide on a broken leg.
They scheduled the install for Tuesday between 10:00-12:00 and I was pleased to see the men roll up right on time. Since the handler was in the attic it was a tricky install, but these guys are pros and had it sorted out by 2:00 same day.
After they were finished, they made sure I understood how everything worked and went over when and where to replace the critical filters, this was done after they had cleaned up the entire work area and made sure there were no nails or screws on my driveway. ICE COLD AIR again!!
The installers were very professional and approachable keeping me in the loop during the entire operation. Truth be told, everyone there was-from the first return call Saturday to scheduling to letting me know when they were going to arrive to do the job very professional and pleasant to work with.
If there were more than 5 stars I would have checked them all!!

You can't beat their warranty. 10 years parts, labor and maintenance! These guys were the 3rd company I called for a quote. One of the companies I couldn't even get an estimate over the phone which tells me it's a sales pitch. … More I hate sales pitches. Airheads gave me a quote for just a unit which was thousands under both under my other quotes. I got a larger unit because of an add on before I bought the house and they never added the tonage to compensate for the added space. I also wanted 2 vents added. Their in house financing was pretty simple. Their website isn't exactly user friendly but they were in constant communication with me via email. I had a contractor come out to inspect everything and they told me exactly what I needed to get my house working right. And only what I needed! I ended up getting 4 air intake vents and 2 new vents added, new larger ducting that are well insulated and a new 5 ton unit for $200 more than the other quotes which were just the 5 ton unit. I was out of town for a few days with the family when my installation happened. I had a neighbor let them in. These guys were very professional in everything they did. There was minimal dust and debris leftover. They covered everything they needed to with plastic to prevent dust getting in to things. I was extremely impressed with the cost and professionalism of these Air Heads! Lol. I highly recommend.

Airheads was wonderful to us and for us. I initially contacted them to inquire about air duct cleaning and annual maintenance check. Our home is a new build (2022) but we don’t trust or recommend any of the builders subcontractors so we … More needed to find someone through word of mouth and Airheads didn’t disappoint. While our unit was fine it was discovered a broken elbow in our drain pipe line- in which our drywall was wet and inside was completely saturated. Unbelievable what was done inside the unit from the initial install. “The Good Bob” went above and beyond, he didn’t give up after the first cut out of the drywall… he did have to continue to cut to get to the root of the problem. He did locate the broken elbow and fixed it. He was HONEST and upfront that drywall isn’t his area of work and we’d have to fix that.. we appreciate that! It’s always best to be honest and upfront.. that’s the type of people we are. As long as you’re honest and upfront- we can work with you. Airheads also had 2 other employees come out - Logan and Thomas both were professional and honest! Logan said we didn’t need duct cleaning! He could have easily said we did and did an unnecessary cleaning. Thomas when we told him about the standing water in the garage- he literally was upfront and said he needed to talk with someone because he didn’t know what to do or where it was coming from. The company seems to work together for the good of the customer and I appreciate that. Need more companies like airheads. You’ve earned a loyal customer and a solid word of mouth from our family.

The workmanship was excellent and they paid attention to even the smallest details. They cleaned up spotlessly and guaranteed our satisfaction. Dave handled the final inspection with the county and the inspection was flawless.
On top of the best price, the unit came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty and a free annual inspection for 10 years.

Logan came out to our home today and he hasn't even pulled away yet and I'm leaving a glowing review. We called Airheads after seeing them on Facebook. Our usual service company for our 2017 AC unit told us our vents were bad … More and needed to be replaced for $20K but said they could do a thorough cleaning for $6K as a "temporary bandaid". We panicked and decided to call Airheads to have them come out for a second opinion and have them clean out the ducts.
Logan arrived on time, got right to work and after opening a few vents he snapped some photos and came to us to explain our ducts were perfectly clean and in great condition. He told us he could check the others on the other side of the house but that we didn't even need a cleaning and he didn't want to waste our money if we didn't need a cleaning. Not only were we grateful that he was considerate like that but we were super happy that our other service was wrong and we didn't need an expensive repair.
After all was said and done what we expected to be a $500 job was only $158 and that was because we had him clean our dryer vent since he was here anyway and wanted to give him the business.
Amazing company that stands by their promise of "A company you can trust for all your HVAC needs with prices you can afford!" We will be calling them for all our HVAC needs going forward. Thank you Airheads.

This won't be a normal review but we can call it "the right place at the right time."
It's been a super difficult time for me and my family this year financially after my entire household ended up with the flu B and … More strep throat to follow and having missed work to care for my babies in the last few weeks I was finally able to pay my rent for for this month yesterday and I only had 20.0O in my bank account after paying it. I was stranded in parking lot Scared after my car wouldn't start I was more afraid to ask anyone for help so I reached out to somebody to come and give me a jump that person arrived with jumper cables unfortunately weren't strong enough. Lewis an employee who works here was parked right next to me in his work van. I had been sitting there a while and when I got out of the car he rolled his window down and offered a hand. I had two of my children one being autistic in the backseat demanding my attention, I was in mommy overload. All kinds of things we're going in through my mind whether or not I was going to make Christmas because a car repair or even a tow was going to add more to the bills I already have on my plate. Louis jumps right into action and got bigger jumper cables and it worked. He was so incredibly kind that he didn't want me to get stranded again on my way home and game the bigger jumper cables to take with us in case we stalled or needed another jump along the way. He was so incredibly kind and generous for reaching his hand out to help us. I'm a firm believer that this is what a good company's standards have and I hope he's recognized for his random act of kindness. Thank you so much for your kindness and for restoring much needed faith back into me!

He was very professional, and gave us the knowledge we needed to understand what was going on. Also provided me with a quote for a new system considering mine is 20 years old. Thank you!

Would definitely recommend this business. We called on a Sunday and they were at my house within three hours. Louis was the technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of his work was remarkable.

I called this company based on community reviews. There was an unexpected snag (to no one's fault) after initial service and they came right back out to follow-up and remedy the situation. I am very pleased with both their technical … More professionalism and customer service. I will definitely use then for all future maintenance.

We had another AC company install a new unit in 2021. Our float switch wasn’t working and the AC ended up flooding our home. We didn’t trust that the original company fixed the issue so we called Airheads HVAC to come and give us a second … More opinion. Chris came to our home and he was amazing. He checked everything out and was able to figure out why the float switch hadn’t triggered and why it still wasn’t working. It had initially been wired incorrectly! So, he fixed it and then showed me that it was working. Chris also took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms as to how he was evaluating what the issue was, what he was doing to fix it, and how to tell it was working properly which I really appreciated. Thank you for such great customer service and high level of expertise!

Could not ask for better service. New unit installed with a two days of estimate at a time when probably everyone was asking for service.. Service with a smile just doesn't cover the excellent installation. Don't be an airhead … More call one. Steve and Parker you blew us away (pun intended) thanks.
• Toni Trivelli ★★★★★ 3 years ago
Jaime was just at my house, and he fixed my HVAC problem completely. He is a great tech who explained everything in lay person terms. I am very pleased with the service call and will request him in the future. Thanks, Jaime.

Recently had an issue pop up, and they dispatched a technician quickly. We didn't get his name, but he was quick, professional, didn't try to sell us anything and advised us of how to save money in the future with this issue. … More Also did some extra service on the unit. Very pleased given our experience with two other companies. Thanks Airheads and your awesome tech.

I used Airheads to replace two evaporator coils in my Lennox air handlers. They have excellent prices but what really impressed me was their communication. They provided quotes via email and when I had additional questions they were right … More fast to answer. The tech showed up on time and completed the repairs.
Recently I dealt with Stephanie. I called the company and she called me right back to help make sure the part I needed was in stock. She was even texting me at 11pm helping me resolve the issue.
They really accommodated me and I have cold blowing air! Thanks for taking care of the blower motor.
This company is very good. You should give them a try.

Airheads are by far the best AC company i have ever used! They installed a new Ac system for our home. They are on time, very professional and did an excellent quality job. By far the best i ever used.

Absolutely excellent experience. I had called Tuesday evening when I realized my 14 year old A/C had finally quit. The team at Airheads was out first thing Thursday morning in the middle of the summer. The best part about it was they even … More offered to stop by Tuesday night to set up portable A/C units to keep our house cool. All work was completed in one day and they did an awesome job. They are one of the only companies that offer such a great warranty and service plan too.
  Would recommend them to anyone

Airheads come out today to do a maintenance on our system. The crew was very knowledgeable. I love how they explained everything to us in a way we could understand. Excellent service! We won't be using anyone else.

Blown away by the service (pun intended). I called and someone answered (not a machine) right away. Told them my situation and came out within the hour. Assessed and got my AC back up and running in like 5 minutes. I’m so so grateful to … More have found Airheads and will be calling them for ALL AC needs from now on. Chris was friendly, kind, and shared good info with me. Thank you so much for being there in our time of need.

Our HVAC system was on the verge of going out and we had several companies try and fix it and each time something else went wrong. We finally decided to replace it and got a few quotes. We were happy airheads was the only company that would … More give us a quote over the phone( and it didn’t change). They were right on with the other quotes we got however, we chose them because of the 10 year parts AND labor warranty… fast forward to yesterday, our AC went out in the middle of a 98degree day, I called their number at 8pm and Chris answered. He was willing to come out or he would walk me through the simple fix. He talked me through how to fix it, which totaled all of 2 minutes. He even called 20 minutes later to make sure our AC was working. I would highly recommend Airheads!!

This HVAC company is the only HVAC company in the area that truly cares about their customers! My upstairsHVAC failed, what turned out to be a minor issue, when they got here they fixed it in less than 5 minutes. As part of their service … More plan they went ahead and performed the annual maintenance ensuring that the system is in top condition. Their technician Jaidy (JD) is a great technician and is very knowledgeable about his craft.
I only recommend Airheads HVAC for anyone who needs it, there is truly no better company out there!

Let me start by saying these guys will help you believe that good companies still exist. Brandon and the team answered all my questions, explained in detail all they were doing, called if there was any questions and finished not only installing … More an AC unit and new ductwork, but thoroughly cleaned up everything. They are professionals who care about the job and the people they deal with. I could go on about their kind demeanor, attention to detail, work ethic, trustworthiness, promptness.... there simply isn't enough room to type it all. Thank you guys, its been a real pleasure to have you in my home and I will always recommend you to anyone looking for AC work.

Thank you guys! You saved my life. I called at 8:30pm and asked them to come as soon as possible. They found a mechanic and he arrived at 10:30pm. He got everything done quickly, neatly and quietly. And at a very affordable price. Thank … More you very much. Appreciate your business.

From the moment I met Chris I knew he was sincere. He was patient as we navigated the chaos of what our home needed. His team also shared the same values and they all were excellent. Fair pricing and did the job right the first time! Unbeatable … More customer service. I highly recommend and we will be using them for all our future needs

Let me tell you about this company Airheads HVAC. I called this morning and spoke with George, who was very nice and accommodating, set me up an appointment for later today. They had a cancellation so they called, and of course I was thrilled … More that they were able to come earlier!! Jaidy shows up, within MINUTES he was back inside telling me he was all done. I just wanted to shout out this amazing company and the two employees that I personally dealt with, so Thank you! Thank you for your honesty, and advice. I would💯 recommend!! Now I can bake my cookies 😆

Wow what an amazing experience. It's so nice when it's a real pleasure to do business with a company.
I received a visit to quote and the actual quote in lightning fast time!
The guys came right on time to do the install, did … More a totally stellar job. They worked very hard, got into insanely tight spots in the attic, cleaned up very nicely, and made sure everything was 110% before they left, including schooling me on the system and warranty. The price was unbeatable as well.
Chris was great to work with and runs a great outfit. His crew consisted of Brandon and Steve and boy are these guys just an amazing team. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and I don't even think I saw them take a break all day.
  Highly highly recommend Airheads!

I did about a month of research on Ac companies and the units and prices Varied so much. It left me very frustrated and very confused. I was on information overload and had no idea what to do. I then decided to go to Facebook and post on … More one of the community chats and ask what other people recommended for an AC company. I was expecting a lot of different AC companies and being more frustrated and confused. To my surprise many people recommended Airheads, I gave them a call and left a message and got a call within an hour. I was impressed by the quick response. I also had lots of questions that they answered. So because I was so impressed with them and the price was very fair I decided to go ahead and book them to put in a new AC. David and Austin the two guys that we had install the AC were very professional and hard working. You Could tell that they were happy working for Airheads. As well as proud of the company. When they first came out they put a drop cloth down to catch any dirt that might come down from the attic. In the garage when they were taking the equipment out of the boxes they cleaned all the trash up. I was just so impressed with everything. Jen in the office and Stephanie the owner were awesome. I can not praise Airheads enough for the outstanding job done and being stress free.

Airheads was an awesome company for our total A/C replacement. From the minute we committed, they were prompt in scheduling and arrived on time. The crew (five altogether but the only name I got was Steven) was friendly and hard working. … More They had some challenges with our hundred year old attic but worked together to get it done! Thanks Airheads for a job well done. So excited to have a reliable A/C system for once.

Found a recommendation by many on social media, checked out their webpage. Put in a weekend request via their web contact form, Stephanie responded to us within 20 minutes (emphasizing on the weekend) and worked with us on details to get … More service completed to our unit. They offered to come same day potentially, fortunately for us it was not an emergency situation so we waited next day. The team arrived early morning with what looked to be one of the coolest HVAC vans I have ever seen, the technician expressed what he thought the problem was before doing the work and would confirm it. Upon investigation was able to resolve the issue for us. Our AC was functioning within 5 minutes, but they took extra care and time to ensure the job was completed thoroughly. All in all, they were here for about a half hour. I have a general idea of how much the service they performed costs and their price is less than many of their competitors, very reasonable. At the time of this review, they accepted multiple forms of payment, including cards/cash, etc. and they do mention financing availability for those who might need an extensive repair/replacement. The technician, Bobby and Stephanie were all amazing and incredibly responsive. I honestly did not expect to get a response back so quickly, especially on the weekend. Will be a repeat customer and recommend to friends/family.

We had an A.C. issue at the house over the weekend. Every company we called wouldn’t be able to come out for days… that’s just not going to work with pets in the house in this Florida heat… we called Airheads and they were here in under … More 24 hours. We knew what the issue was right away and they thankfully were able to get the part today (Monday)… they also came and fixed it today as well!!! The techs were super friendly and diligent in getting us back up and running. I highly recommend them and we will be using them from here on out.

I called and left a message at approximately 4::20 pm. About 10 min later I received a call back from Stephanie. She put me on hold to see if she could get us in for that day as our air was out. Mid conversation, I could hear her but … More apparently she could not hear me. She hung up the phone and I thought she would call back. I called back a couple of times and left a message explaining that the time was fine for that day and how she could not hear me. I asked her to please call me back and left my number. Two messages. I never got a call back that day nor the next day. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend them.

This is the HVAC company you want to use! Every time I’ve needed them for something, not only are they super responsive but also so patient with explaining every step of the process. Stephanie and Chris truly care about their customers … More and are so knowledgeable. Technicians were always on time and professional.
• Hope Meza ★★★★★ 4 years ago
This is by far the BEST HVAC team around. We’ve been out thru the wringer this last year for a system that’s not even 5 years old. From over a month wait times for install in the worst of Florida heat to incompetence from other A/C repairs … More (Del-Air and AND Services), this company is AMAZING! If I could give them a million stars I would! AND Services wanted to charge over $10K for a unit with no maintenance or labor warranty and Airheads installed, made a custom fitted cowl AND offer 10 years of peace of mind if anything breaks (yeah that’s right.. 1-0 years) for $4k less!! This company CARES and they are amazing! I can’t thank y’all enough from the bottom of my heart. You have a client for life and I’ll gladly refer all my friends and family to you.
• Rose Hopper ★★★★★ 4 years ago
Jaidy is very professional and so kind, he answered all of our questions and have a sense of humor! I didn't feel rushed at all and he took his time. I'd definitely recommend him. Airheads should definitely give him a raise or … More bonus!! I will always call back and ask for him.
• Ashleigh Lynne ★★★★★ 4 years ago

• Jennifer Thompson ★★★★★ 4 years ago
We had to have a new a/c unit installed at our home and Airheads did a great job. From the moment we called to inquire about their services, they were responsive and professional. When they showed up to do the work, they continued to … More be friendly and professional, and they were timely and efficient. They were careful to be clean and tidy as they worked. They explained how the new system worked and were very patient and knowledgeable with any questions we had. Working with Airheads was an overall great experience, and we highly recommend their services.

I had air ducts cleaned in my house. The guy who came to do it, JD was not really efficient. I felt he wasn’t in love with his job. I had to pinpoint where he missed massive dust and lint buildup in one of the biggest ducts. He made an … More excuse saying it’s not possible to clean it and proceeded to clean it anyway after I insisted. As a result that duct was indeed clean. He missed a few other smaller spots and didn’t clean the vent grills, but one. If the customer has to say how to do the job, it’s not worth the money. I was gonna hire this company to replace the entire HVAC, but will not be doing that. First impression is everything.

I Was blown away by these people. Figuratively in the beginning and literally by the end. From first contact with Stephanie, I knew we had the right people for the job. She ordered the parts and was able to get a technician to my unit that … More same evening after it arrived. Jaidy arrived at our door with a smile on his face even though I’m sure this was after his normal working hours. He checked it all over and showed us that the first company’s diagnosis was more than likely wrong and that the part we ordered wasn’t needed. Just needed a leaking in the copper piping mended back together. He explained the situation and took his time to explain EVERYTHING!!! He has been one of the easiest technicians from somewhere that I had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you for being such an airhead and saving us so much money that we can buy tons of airheads (candy)
• Chris Azbill ★★★★★ 4 years ago
Wow!!! Wow!!! Our AC stopped cooling and by 5PM it was 85 degrees in the house. I called Airheads at 5:15 to get help. At 5:35 Chris arrived. Cool guy. He replaced the capacitor in about 10 minutes and the AC was good as new. He charged … More me about a third of what I was expecting to pay. Tonight I can sleep cool instead of in 85 degrees. I am one very pleased cool customer!

Jaidy was amazing and came out same day. Service was quick and clean. Super affordable for some peace of mind that you’re breathing clean air in your home! Stephanie in the office was super amazing at coordinating getting someone out … More after another company left me hanging on a scheduled appointment. Airheads cleaned all my registers and returns and even changed my air filters for me. They left no trace that they were here. Super worth the low cost! See the before and after photos for proof!
• S Burnes ★★★★★ 5 years ago
Chris and the team at Airheads are amazing! We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced along with all of the duct work. I have had many people work on my house over the years, and I can say that the Airheads team is top notch. Never … More have I seen a team work in shifts around lunch to get things done so efficiently. As for pricing, they were several thousand less than local competitors, but they did not cut corners. This company knows how to save money and gets the job done right. We were very pleased with the all around service, and you can’t beat their 10-10-10 plan!
